The Om Sweet Om folks continue their Meditation and Mindfulness sessions this Fall; free and open to the public. A variety of folks will lead meditation in its various forms for the first 6 weeks; the following 6 weeks will only include instruction if there are new participants. All are welcome and no experience is necessary. A limited number of meditation cushions are available for use and free-will donations are welcome toward the purchase of further materials. Every Sunday until Nov. 19th.
