DESCRIPTION:Valiant Vineyards presents our Cooking with wine at the winery. We will share basics about cooking with wine as well as some tips to help you host a successful dinner for your friends and family. The class includes a glass of wine and a demonstration of how the meal is prepared along with some tips of the trade and a portion of the meal to enjoy after the demonstration. Special discounts offered for wines purchases used in recipe. Spots must be reserved in advance. Call or email to book. Wine@valiantvineyards.us or 605-624-4500 $50 per person Choose your time: Friday January 31st at 6:30 PM Or Sunday February 2nd at 3 PM Main course: Braised short ribs in a garlic wine sauce Dessert: Buck Naked Cherry Sorbet Leading the class will be Adrienne who has been with the winery for 24 years and is passionate about the food service industry\, working behind the bar\, serving\, and cooking. Before joining Valiant Vineyards\, she worked as a Garmache Chef at the five-star Paradiso restaurant in St. John\, Virgin Islands\, and at Emma's Kitchen in Vermillion. Having a big family\, Adrienne has always been dedicated to making meals from scratch\, teaching her children the value of real\, unprocessed food made from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Adrienne is excited and honored to share her love of food and wine with you!
