DESCRIPTION:Hip Hop Shakespeare Workshop (All Ages\, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)\n\nIn this workshop taught by rap artist Devon Glover\, students will have the chance to set some of their own words to a beat.\n\n\n\nBecoming Royalty in Shakespeare (Ages 8-18\, 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.)\n\nWhat would it be like to be a king or queen in the days of Shakespeare? What makes someone royalty? In this class we will explore how different it was to be royalty\, and you may even leave with your very own crown.\n\n\n\nActing 101 (Ages 8-18\, 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.)\n\nHave you ever wondered what it takes to be an actor? Learn some of the beginning principles with actors from the SDSF Company. These actors will share the games they used to begin their journey to the stage\, teaching the principles of acting through laughter and games.\n\n\n\nWorkshops are free\, but require advance registration\, and will be capped at 20 students per session.
