She's been swing dancing since 2015 and enjoys helping others discover the joy of dance.\n\n\n\n  Marcus Johnson (Lead Instructor): Marcus\, Courtney's\n\nhusband and dance partner\, learned swing dancing from Courtney in 2019. When he's not dancing\, he works at Schiebout Window and Door and enjoys woodworking.\n\n\n\nTogether\, they focus on making swing dance approachable\, enjoyable\, and accessible to all skill levels.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Learn\n\nA four count\, four step simplified east coast Lindy\, how to lead and follow effectively\, and a variety of turns\, tricks\, and dips to add style to your dancing\n\n\n\nWhat to Wear & Bring\n\n\n\n  Dress comfortably semi-formal attire is encouraged but not required.\n\n\n\n  Bring a refillable water bottle and a willingness to learn!\n\n\n\nThis class is open to all ages and experience levels singles\, couples\, and groups are all welcome! A partner is helpful but not necessary\; we rotate partners to ensure everyone has a chance to dance. Come ready to learn and enjoy a great evening we look forward to dancing with you!
