Description
Sponsored by USD Greek Life, this blood drive brings together fraternity and sorority members and the broader campus community in support of local patients. All those donating will receive a $15 Hy-Vee gift card and a $15 Starbucks gift card as thank you gifts. To schedule a donation time, visit our website at www.cbblifeblood.org, select “Donate Now,” “Blood Drive Calendar,” and choose September 16th.
This is one of three blood drives the Community Blood Bank is hosting in September.
Why Donate Locally
Blood donated at these drives helps supply Sanford Vermillion, ensuring that surgery patients, cancer patients, trauma victims, and others in the local community have access to a safe, reliable blood supply without delay. A single donation can help save up to three lives.
A person must be at least 17 years old (16 with signed parental consent), weigh 110 lbs. or more, and be in good general health. Please bring a valid I.D. with you for your donation. Don't forget to hydrate.
