730th A.S.M.C. National Guard Unit Family Readiness Group Fitness Frenzy Wellness Program, Mon., July 25-Sun., Sept. 4. The goal of the Program is to encourage an increased level of fitness beyond one’s normal daily activity. Teams may consist of up to 6 members & must have a designated team captain. Miles can be accumulated through any form of exercise (walking, jogging, biking, etc.) To participate, mail registration form & entry fee payable to: 730th ASMC FRG, Attn: Brandy Wallin, PO Box 434, Vermillion, SD 57069 or return form/fee to SFC Mike Hekrdle at the Vermillion National Guard Armory by Fri., July 22.
