Description
The Vermillion Public Library, in partnership with SDPB, is proud to announce a free public screening of the documentary film, The Librarians. The event will take place on Thursday, April 23, from 1-3 p.m. in the library's Kozak Room.
Exploring the poignant and timely theme that "America's war on books is more than a war on words," The Librarians delves into the front lines of intellectual freedom and the dedicated professionals protecting the right to read.
Attendees will enjoy complimentary popcorn during the showing and are encouraged to "Bring Your Own Beverage" (BYOBeverage) to enjoy during the film.
