Description
The final film in our “Reel Love” series is more than just a romantic comedy.
13 Going on 30 (2004) follows Jenna Rink, a thirteen-year-old girl who wishes to be grown up and wakes up to find herself suddenly thirty, flirty, and thriving in New York City. As Jenna navigates adult life with the heart of a teenager, she rediscovers what truly matters, including friendship, authenticity, and a love she may have overlooked along the way.
While there is a romantic element to the story, the central story is about identity, time, and the choices we make and how they shape us for the future.
