Dakota Resources invites you to Triverr Gathering. Turn existing assets into rural housing opportunities! Join rural leaders and housing champions for a two-day convening on April 14-15 in Platte focused on one big question: How can rural communities utilize their local assets to unlock housing solutions?
Through hands-on asset mapping, housing case studies, and a collaborative Reverse RFP session, participants will explore practical strategies to move local projects forward. Learn how housing trust funds are created with insights from the Black Hills Area Community Foundation and gain data-driven perspectives on rural housing trends from the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
