About Us
Cornerstones Career Learning Center's mission is to assess, promote and provide education and employment training services to area workforce and employers. Cornerstones is an adult education center.
Cornerstones Career Learning Center, Inc. was formed in 1986 under the auspices of the Greater Huron Development Corporation to serve a diversifying area workforce and was incorporated as a private non-profit in 1994. The program was funded by the South Dakota Department of Labor through the South Dakota Workforce Development Council. Cornerstones is governed by a Board of Directors and has long-standing partnerships with several organizations. In addition to the Huron Office, Cornerstones has offices in Mitchell, Aberdeen, Yankton & Vermillion.
