About Us

Culture Cove is a one-of-a-kind retreat and event destination nestled in the rolling prairie of Meckling, South Dakota, designed to ignite growth, deepen connection, and transform teams from the inside out. As featured on HGTV’s Down Home Fab, this purpose-built space blends elevated design with immersive experiences to create an environment where innovation, clarity, and culture thrive.

With 13 thoughtfully designed bedrooms accommodating up to 25 guests, Culture Cove offers expansive indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, sauna, and cold plunge, fire pits, and an industrial kitchen built for shared culinary experiences. Every detail is curated to help teams unplug from distraction and focus on what matters most.

From leadership summits and strategic planning sessions to wellness retreats and team-building immersions, each experience is customizable to your goals. Add guided facilitation, performance coaching, fitness sessions, chef-led dining, or mixology experiences to elevate your stay and create meaningful moments of connection.
