The USD Symphony presents A Celebration of "US" Series IV, The American Spirit on Friday, April 24 at 7:30 p.m. at Aalfs Auditorium on USD's Vermillion campus.

The USD Symphony Orchestra will perform Aaron Copland's Lincoln Portrait, featuring Abraham Lincoln's speeches. The USD Symphony will also be joined by the USD Choirs to perform Randell Thompson's Testament of Freedom, featuring Thomas Jefferson's writing. It will be a concert to put the American Spirit on full display.

As part of Vermillion's celebration to USA's 250th Birthday, the USD Symphony has titled their 2025-2026 season A Celebration of "US."
