Leading the class will be Adrienne who has been with the winery for 24 years and is passionate about the food service industry, particularly enjoying working behind the bar, serving, and cooking. One of her favorite achievements at the winery was designing the sangria demonstrations for the wine festival over the years. Before joining Valiant Vineyards, she worked as a Garmache Chef at the five-star Paradiso restaurant in St. John, Virgin Islands, and at Emma’s Kitchen in Vermillion.
Having a big family, Adrienne has always been dedicated to making meals from scratch, teaching her children the value of real, unprocessed food made from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. This passion for food was passed down from her father to her brother, Carson, who was named Top Chef in Aspen. Recently, her daughter started Kaya’s Kitchen in Memphis, working to combat food insecurity by cooking and donating free meals to the community.
Adrienne is excited and honored to share her love of food and wine with you
