Description
A transformative two-day experience, the Courage, Integrity & Freedom retreat is built on four experiential pillars (Move the Body, Tell the Truth, Reflect Deeply, and Choose Forward) with a focus on story sharing, reflection, small group dialogue, and concrete commitments rather than long lectures.
You will navigate this retreat with expert guidance from Bart Bailey, MBA and Dr. Tonya Jackman Hampton, EdD
Core retreat outcomes:
- Inspire Courage
- Live with Integrity
- Embrace Freedom
