Description
Head downtown for a night of trick-or-treating from 4:00pm - 6:00pm!
Downtown businesses will be handing out candy and goodies, and businesses and organizations without downtown locations will be tabling outside and at the Platz, USD Organizations will be on Court Street. Then, check out the Trunk-or-Treat happening at the Vermillion Public Library!
