USD Wellness Center Yoga Festival
Description
It is here!! The annual Yoga Festival has arrived! Join the Wellness Center for another fun day filled with various formats of yoga, Pilates, barre, and friendships!! We also have a guest speaker, Dr. Marysa Warnhoff, giving a full talk on pelvic floor health. Emily Smith, MS, RD, LD, LN, LMNT, CLC giving a Women's Health and Hormones talk. Lunch is included in the price and has gluten free and vegetarian options.
