About Us

Sage Project Consults, LLC provides professional consulting services in the area of strategic planning and communications, grant and technical writing, evaluations, and project management. The firm is owned by two partners- Rachel Oelmann and Sharon Chontos- and has offices in Vermillion and Sioux Falls. Both partners have science and engineering backgrounds augmented by business planning education, experience and/or advanced degrees. Their clientele includes both for- and non profit organizations across a broad array of industries, including but not limited to public health, social services, academic, small businesses and faith-based.
