The City of Vermillion has partnered with GovWell to provide a new online portal for building permits, rental registration, business licenses, animal control, and code enforcement. Residents and contractors can now apply, schedule, and track progress — all in one place, anytime.
Beginning July 17, 2025, these services will be processed through the GovWell platform. After registering with GovWell, applicants will be able to use the online features to apply for business licenses and building permits, pay fees, and schedule inspections.
