What work experience and education do you need?
- High-School Diploma – Required
- Associated or Bachelors degree in human services fields - Preferred
- Active RBT certification - Preferred
- Previous experience in human services field (ABA preferred) - Preferred
What does the job entail?
- Perform a 1:1 behavioral therapy by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis
- Collect and record accurate and timely data during therapeutic treatment
- Provide information to BCBAs regarding the learners progress
- Receive and implement feedback from BCBA
- Use sound judgment throughout therapeutic treatment to ensure adequate therapy time is provided toward Individual Goals/Targets
- Work on/assist with special projects necessary or important to the operations of InterAct
- Attending required trainings
