Description
Valiant Vineyards presents our Cooking with wine at the winery. We will share basics about cooking with wine as well as some tips to help you host a successful dinner for your friends and family. The class includes a glass of wine and a demonstration of how the meal is prepared along with some tips of the trade and a portion of the meal to enjoy after the demonstration. Special discounts offered for wines purchases used in recipe. Spots must be reserved in advance. Call or email to book.
