HR Director

Sesdac, Inc is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Director of Human Resources.

Human Resources functions at Sesdac are integrated throughout all leadership of the organization. Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively coordinate and document all HR functions for the organization. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a closely related field, 3 years training or supervisory position, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the developmental disabilities profession preferred. Knowledge of Human Resources processes to include but not limited to FMLA, FLSA, ACA, EEO, OSHA, COBRA and progressive counseling and appeal processes. HRCI or PHR certification, 3 years experience working with I/DD populations, and experience using Paycom highly desired. Experience working on a Leadership Team a plus. The right candidate will have experience with recruiting in the health care or adjacent fields, onboarding/orientation, and a solid HR Generalist foundation. You will be working with a collaborative, dynamic, and fun team in a newly remodeled office setting with the goal of improving the lives of people receiving services from Sesdac. Work is done primarily during standard business hours with evening and weekend events as needed.
