Bliss Pointe

Jack Powell Addition

Named in honor of a beloved Vermillion mayor, the Jack Powell Addition is the newest piece of land annexed by the City of Vermillion. The Jack Powell addition is located on the northwest end of town and features 32 residential lots.

Jolley Dev. District

When completed, the Jolley Planned Development district will contain 13 lots in the heart of historic Vermillion. A historic district in its own right, houses built within the district must conform to historical architectural and aesthetic styles.
